Community Involvement

As proud members of the Central Indiana business community, we believe in the value of giving. Active with over 50 Indianapolis area civic, charitable and business organizations, we collectively donate hundreds of hours each month to meet the needs of our community.

How we serve varies greatly. Each associate is encouraged to find a cause that motivates them to be involved, and then utilize their talents to meet the needs of the organization. Our directors and associates serve on boards, volunteer on committees, and provide labor for projects when they are needed. By donating our time to help further the mission of each organization served, we believe we gain valuable new experience and develop associates who are well-rounded members of the community.

Following a formal week of orientation, Pile CPAs provides extensive in-house on-the-job, and external training. Training includes 40 or more hours of CPE, additional professional development education focused on business, leadership and specialized skills and on-the-job mentoring and training.
